Are insurance valuation letters included with my purchase?

Yes, we include two complimentary valuation letters in an unmarked envelope with your engagement ring purchase so you may insure it within the first 12 months. These documents are usually shipped within seven business days following your purchase. If you have not received or have misplaced your Tiffany valuation letters, please contact a Diamond Expert at 0800 020 2542. Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00, closed on weekends and public holidays in the UK.
