Can I change payment information after placing an order?

For orders for which payment has been completed, changes to the payment method cannot be made. If you need to change your payment method, please cancel or refund your existing order and order again. Should you require further assistance, please call our Client Care Centre on 0800 020 2542.

Our Client Care Advisors are available 10:30 - 19:00 from Monday to Friday.

Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.
