Are Tiffany & Co. products insured when shipped?

Tiffany & Co. is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the client. If the package goes missing, Tiffany & Co. may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact our Client Care Centre if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.
